1. ABOUT THE DELIVERY SERVICE
Orders are made in advance via the web or by calling our WhatsApp number.
2. BIOSECURITY MEASURES
Due to health security issues, the delivery men will deliver the orders at the front door of the house, condominium, building, companies, etc. That is, the motorized will not enter or go up to the departments, areas, towers, etc.
Regarding the preparation, packaging and delivery of the products, guarantee that as a company we are complying with all the health safety protocols. For reasons of prevention and security in the distribution, for the moment the delivery service will not be provided to clinics, hospitals or other health centers.
As a precaution, we recommend that payment be made with debit or credit cards (POS PAYMENT). It is important that at home the guest wash their hands before and after receiving the order and paying.
3. ABOUT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Changes or claims will be accepted within the same day of delivery of the order. Inform us via WhatsApp within a maximum period of 3 calendar days.
4. ABOUT DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Delivery service hours may be subject to modifications for different reasons, including: store closing, holidays and/or holidays, strikes, weather conditions (rain, fog, drizzle, etc.), natural disasters (earthquakes, earthquakes, landslides, among others), days of sporting events/soccer matches or location of the home (difficulties of access at certain times, increased danger, etc.); which will be informed when you contact us to place your order.
