How to buy
Follow the steps below to buy in our store with total comfort:
1) Locate the category of the product(s) you wish to purchase.
2) Choose the product and add it to the shopping cart.
3) After adding the product, a box will appear with the added product and with the options to see the cart or finalize the purchase.
4) Si deseas pagar el producto le das en finalizar compra, si aún deseas comprar más productos, simplemente deja de seleccionar el recuadro del mensaje y se cerrara solo y puedes continuar comprando
5)If you want to verify the products you have selected, you can go to the shopping cart icon, which is located in the upper right and click on it to take you to the details of the products you have chosen.
6) You will be able to verify the chosen product(s), increase the quantity of these, decrease or eliminate any of them. For these actions to be recorded, click the update cart button.
7) In this section you can also enter a coupon code, if you have one, to access the corresponding discount.
8)If everything is satisfied and you want to pay for your products, you can click the checkout button that will take you to the payment options
9) Fill out the form with the requested data to complete the order.
10) Before finalizing the purchase you have to choose the method or form of payment, you have 3 options:
1.- Bank Transfer: Deposit to any of our accounts.
2.- Cash on delivery: Payment in cash (Indicate in «Additional Information» of the form how much you are going to pay if it is in cash or if you are going to pay by POS visa or mastercard).
3.- With Cards: This option allows you to pay with credit or debit cards from any bank with full security and guarantee.
11) If all the steps are completed, click the Checkout button.
12) Once you press the button Place Order you will get a confirmation of Completed Order, you will receive an email with the details of your order, where you can verify the products purchased, your details and the order number with which you can confirm your purchase.
OB: Do not forget to confirm if you paid online or made a deposit into your account, sending the receipt to our WhatsApp and/or email, and if the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, also confirm it by the same means.
